The Challenge
The restaurant industry has razor-thin margins that demand immediate foot traffic and high table turn rate to off-set the high costs associated with working in hospitality.
Taiwanese eatery Minyoli chose to leverage public relations as its only deployed marketing tactic in the lead up to the restaurant launch to set the restaurant up for immediate success when its doors opened in May 2024.
The Approach
A three-phased approach to carve out message differentiators and cadences for messaging to build and sustain maximum awareness, utilizing multiple pre- through post-launch touchpoints and pitching, strategic preview and grand opening events, and influencer engagement.
